If you own a company and your company meets the criteria to sponsor H1 (company's financial ability, non availaiblity of US citizen/LRP for the required positions) and your brothers are eligible for getting H1, yes, your company can sponsor H1 for them. You need to talk to immigration lawyer regarding your company's eligibility.

As far as I know you can start a corporation or an LLC, and based on your financial position(think 50k in bank a/c), you can sponsor an H1. Its not hard, I advise you to go ahead, ofcourse after consulting an immigration lawyer.
