Returning to USA

Hi, My son is US Citizen by birth in CA. He is 2 yrs old, me, my wife and daughter (7 yrs) have Perment Resident Card. from last two and half years we are living out of USA and did not made a trip to US. My wife and daughter applied returning resident visa with embassy but they refused her, my wife and daughter like to go back to USA, Please advice me or get me some web side with information how they get back to US as mother of US Citizen son and she want to raised him in US.

--- as they stayed out of USA with out RENTRY permit I dont think they can come back to US as Perment Residents . They needed to apply RENTRY Permit BEFORE they left the US and RENTRY permit is only valid for 2 years and is applied with NSC before departing US
Please advice me or get me some web side with information how they get back to US as mother of US Citizen son and she want to raised him in US.

To get RR visa, you must demonstrate that you did not abandon LPR status when you left USA, which is difficult to prove unless you have some kind of tie with USA - either thru property or by other means (for example, spouse living in USA and never left USA with you). You can apply it again, it's very unlikely the result will be different unless you have new information to prove your tie. This link can throw some light.
