Can I stay for total 2 years outside U.S.A after the approval of GC.
Hello Friends,
I'm waiting for I-485 approval ( Labor Priority date is March,2003 and I-485 applied date is March,2004 ...my case is falled in to backlog reduction)...But I'm planning to take complete 2 years stretch to stay outside united states ...can I do that...What is the maximum period that i can stay outside this country. Moreover some of my friend saying that i can apply for 2 years period of staying outside the country as soon as you'll recieve the GC and anyway it takes atleast one year to get the approval and from there onwards i can stay for 2 years...so it means approximately for 3 years , i can stay outside of teh country...IS IT TRUE. Pls advice me in this regard as much as possible...b'caz i want to take long brake from this country as soon as possible and can comeback after the break.
