When is an immi. attorney needed ??
I am still wondering if I should file myself for my I-485 or if I should hire an immigration attorney, because I have been almost 4 years unlawful here, but I entered legally. I have my I-94 to prove it. Anybody has been in this situation ?? Can anybody relate ??
