140/485 questions EB3 NON RIR 245i
I need to know the following :
1. When does the PWage starts after the GC is Rec ?? 2. Can Emp let me go and re-hire in couple of Mths at a Lower Salary ? 3. Could the employer just pay me 1/3 the amt mentioned on LC App after the GC is in , if I'm ok with a lower Wage , would this cause a Problem with DOL or INS ? 4. How long after filing the I-140/I-485 it would take for EAD/Travel Doc ? 5. Approx how long for approval on I-140/I-485 in TX ? Your prompt reply this is greatly appreciated .
