HELP! where to file 130/485 concurrently in california?
I'm a little confused as to where I should file 130/485 if filing concurrently in California? It looks like there are some changes effective end of 2004 and I just don't want to send it to the wrong place. Recently petitioners in California, please help! Thank you!
