Should I move with my sponsor husband at the same time?
I am applying for GC through my husband who is a US citizen. Recently,
my husband got a new job at another state. If he start the new job before I get GC, is it a problem if I stay at the original place until our house is sold? Is this considered as not living together? Should I notify the service center that my husband has changed address even though I haven't moved? If we don't let them know, will we get to problem in interview if they ask for my husband's recent paystub from the new company? How many interviews are we going to get? Is the approval date for GC the same as the date when my passport is stamped in interview? Thank you very much. |
