F1 to F3 with Priority date current.
37/m/Pakistan
Category F1: Unmarried son of US citizen Priority date: 11 June 1997 Current processing date: Jan 2001 Status:current Sir,currently I am awaiting since last 10 weeks for NVC to send me packet 3 but at the same time I intend to marry here in my home country.That would mean moving to F3. Fortunately the priority date of which is current(Dec 1997). Do you think its a wise move?Is there any risk involved and lastly after marrying,how do I move ahead with documentation and how much will it take to process our case together.Remember my F3 priority date is current.
