I-485 and w-4
I am a U.S. citizen and just married my wife in January and submitted I-485/I-130. Next year we intend to file 2005 tax returns jointly.
Since her status is now AOS-pending, is she still considered a non-resident alien for tax purposes? Or should she submit an updated W-4 to change to resident alien for tax purposes? Thanks. |

She is resident Alien and you can include her on your W-4.
