San Jose local INS I-485 receipt time?
i dropped off application packages for my parents' I-485 together with i-130 about 4 weeks, still haven't received any receipt. I checked that the application fees haven't been cashed. Is that normal? how long does one get the receipt? Is there any way to check, since this is a dropoff, we won't even have a postal confirmation....
