Filling in Chicago - 130 /I485 Together
I'm USC and like to sponsor my mother , she is currently visiting us , would like to know if anyone here has experinced delaing with chicago office .
I know I need to file 130 and i485 toghter , she does need a employment authoriz , Her visa valid til July 20th 2005 does she have to leave the country ? also how long does it takes to get her passport stamped so she can travel Thanks
