got I-551 stamping at charlotte
Got Stamped I-551 at charlotte today 9.00 AM. It just takes 15 to 20 min from the time your number is called for documents.
USCIS will allow you inside 15 min before the appointment time. Next, waiting for physcial card.

I was lucky
I was lucky man. As soon as I got approval notice on hand ( 2/14/2005) , I kept on trying for 2 or 3 hrs but in vain. Then when I was trying again and one appointment showed up and i filled that time. I was very lucky I guess.
After that I was asking one of my friends and he told me that he tried for 2 weeks continously and finally got appointment during the 3rd week of his try. good luck man.
