If there are some coats or shirts with security pocktes to hold GC and passport?

I am going to France on business trip and I am worried about losing these
documents. If there are some coats or shirts with security
pockets to hold important stuff these like GC, I appreciate your advice
and recommendations.

you never know...those thugs in france might even strip you down to the core during mugging. So i guess we need to find a different solution here to save the documents.
hey...i am just kidding. i dont have an answer for your question.

If the worst case scenario is helpless, it does not mean we should
not take precaution against bad but not worst scenarios

Once you get what you want, then life become
pathetically conservative about how to keep
them.

OK, I ask several coworkers around how to keep GC safe in France.
Someone said alwaya carry it (maybe that is french law). Someone
said order a room with a safe in the hotel and keep GC in the
safe. I decided for a safe

you can ask a tailor to make a pocket in your underware so that you can put them there. but i guess it is a little inconvenient because you have to go to the bathroom if you are asked to show them.

You can buy a small cloth zipped bag which you can hang in your neck. It will be hiding under your shirt but safely tied from the neck. It cost $ 9.99 of max $ 15 available at travel 2000, samsonite stores, or any travel / baggage shops in the mall.

Other thing you can do, buy a pant which has several pockets. I travelled with one of those pants, it had zipped pocket on the knee. It was pretty convenient to keep keys, passport, GC, etc.

Do not forget to keep a copy of everything at a safe place not with you may be in the suitcase, handbag, etc.
Hope it helps, Have a safe trip. Come back soon.

No there is no SIMILAR form (I-94); simply your passport will be stamped for entry & exit (french keep it simple !)

maybe you can wear a spiderman outfit and put it in your web contraption in your hand. And if you need it then zip it out.

not a very good idea. if a robber believes that it is a wallet and determines to cut it out using a very very sharp knife ...

I just came back from France. I put my GC and pp
in a safe in my hotel room (maybe that is a violation of French equivalent of INA 264). I checked it at least
twice a day.

When I came back, I was asked 3 questions
(1) where did you go (2) who do you work for
(3) how long have you been a PR.
The immigration officer was nice. No secondary check
for immigration. But after that I was sent for secondary custom inspection,

I did fill a form on the plane and gave it to
the french immigration. But unlike US I-94,
it has no part for visitor to keep

Still they put the question at entry --like checking about H1b and employer?
What if you are on 'lay off' at the time of of entry after PR for long?
Is it serious?
Any ideas.
