What would you do? After you get GC.....
How do you like to grow professionally.
If you have been working for consulting company to get the GC and you have waited long and you got the GC after long struggle and lots of scarifies. And you have been working here in US for 5 years and now you got the GC. And you always had multiple layers to client and many people used to cut salary and you earned like $65k-70k. You have expertise in OOAD and J2EE. And can work hard, etc etc..... How would you find the right job and what is the salary you will target. What would be the best things to do?
