Pending H1/EAD/AP after GC approval...need advise
Folks,
Need some advise... My 140/485 got aproved on 1/20/05 & got stamped on 1/28. Apporx. a week before the approval, my lawyer applied for 8th year H1/H4 extension, EAD/AP extension just to be on the safe side. Otherwise all these were expiring on Feb-5th,2005. (Spent around $1000 to do this.) Questions: - Do I need to withdraw these applications? - If not, what would happen to these applications? - anything else I should/shouldn't be doing? Thanks

Just ignore them. You can not even get refund of application fees.
If your checks for these application fees have not been cashed yet I don't know if you can stop-payment them
|
