Camilo Mejia is not a US citizen. I once said if INS could deport him for conviction on desertion. **** said military law doesn't count and I think he is wrong and mislead the readers. You can search back I wonder if the soldier convicted and sentenced for 10 years in the Abu Ghrib prison case were a PR, would he be deported.
