Advance Parole

I travelled in Feb 2004 with AP with AOS pending thru marriage. I was concerned too but I did not face ay problem. The immigration officer looked at my parole and said if knew how to use it and I said yes. That is all. He asked me where I went with it and my husband and I were returning from India after a visit.

That's all. He stamped the passport , gave me a new I-94 and paroled me in for a year.

Advance Parole Question

I have travelled on AP as well and have not had any difficulty. A question though for anyone who has travelled on AP. I went overseas last year and then in October this year. The first time the border official took all 3 AP forms stamped one and returned them all. In October the border officer said that I only need to travel with 1 document. She took all 3 AP forms stamped them and then returned them to me. I want to travel again but am not sure if I am safe. Has anyone experienced this?
