getting an advance parole

ok I am soon to be married to my girlfriend and have been thinking about traveling out of the us for a short time most likely around a mounths span.. one question I have is what is the estimated time it would take for me to attain an advanced parole to travel abroad after she files my i-130

I suppose you are aware that you have to file your docs (485, 864, 765, 131, G325A)with her 130 as well. The estimated time for AP is 90 days. Some people get AP within a month and a half, others wait for 6 months, most of the applicants get it within the projected period of 90 days though.

True. Basicly it's all about guessing when it comes to INS and their time frame for processing any kind of document. If you browse the forum here you'll see so differnt time lines for everything. From only a 1 1/2month for AP and EAd to up to a6mo to a year pending APs. About 485 - it's another story with the same "un/happy end". I would suggest not to book or buy any tickets in advance before you get the AP approval e-mai from INS.
