Immigration via marriage help

Hi. i'm new to this forum but i need some advice and help. I want to ask, what are the forms do i need to immigrate to the US to marry? Overall, how much are the processing fees? I want to marry her, but what are the eligibility requirements for that. i'm 18 yeras old. I know i can obtain a K visa to temporarily go there and work out all the paperwork, what are the fees for that? I want to do this asap. can someone please respond and help me with this. thanks.

Your fiance must sent the Form I129 to a USCIS service center. The fee for this form is $169. As well, your fiance must prove that a relationship does exist (letters, trip and etc) and needs certain level of income. The web site http://www.visajourney.com/ describes in detail what needs to be done for a K1 visa. Of course the official site http:///www.uscis.gov is good place for info, too. After you got the K1 visa, you have 90 days to get married after you have entered the US. Once you are married, you can apply for the green card.
