What if someone gets laid off after GC approval?
folks,
I've read plenty of threads about a related topic ("intentionally leaving the employer") but couldn't find one about this - What if someone gets laid off? Can they then switch the jobs and would that cause any issues during naturalization?

Based on my understanding from various other threads, it appears that there is no clear rule/law stating when it is "safe" to move to a different employer after GC is approved. So, would I be taking a chance even if I moved after 6 months or an year? And does this mean that you have to stay with the same employer till you get the citizenship? Thanks!

1. so when can I really shift to a new job? 2. Also, how about moving to a different team? Can that be done anytime (right after the approval)?
