Change company after GC
gurus, I need advise
I got my GC approved 2 months back, also received my plastic card. I work for a consulting company and my project is completed, now they are not paying me in bench. if I get full time offer with better pay and benefits can I take the new offer? will that be any problem for my current GC? please advise. assume the present company may take action to maximum extend. how about the company didn't pay as then agreed to DOL ie. company agreed to DOL saying they will pay me $80,000 PA when then applied for labor but they are paying regular salary as $65000 till now, will this be a valid reason?
also they are not giving me anything in writing. assume for this pay period if I didn't receive salary will that be taken as a reason? Mike
