do i need to fill "Change of address"
mine is a consular proecessing Chennai case as explained below :
IV visa received at Chennai consulate : 1.Jul.2004 did POE : 1.Nov.2004 (after 4 months) returned back to india : 3 Nov 2004 (immediately after 3 days) do i need to fill "Change of address"? Thanks

Assuming you were in US before July 1, 04 .. have you changed the address since then?
