***interesting Case, Pls Respond***

Hi,

My I485 got approved today (RD NOV 2002), RFE was responded by my lawyer on Oct 26th with employment verification letter from my previous employer who had originally filed for my LC/I140/GC, recently I got a perm offer with similar job description, I used my EAD to change over to the new company, did not invoke AC21.

My questions are:

1) When I go for stamping will they ask employment details, verification letter or pay stubs etc ???

2) Can I intimate USCIS or send AC21 letter about my change in employer now? will this jeopardise my GC?

3) Problems during the time of Citizenship? Biographic information form? do I need to explain now or later? who do I do? are there chances that GC an be revoked or I not considered for citizenship?

Please advice.

Thanks,
Rose

guess what rose, my RD is also Nov 2002, my lawyer also responded to RFE on Oct 26th 2004 and my green card is also approved today ( Nov 18) and i also changed my job using EAD like 5 months ago. what a similarity.....i guess dont worry abt stamping...i know people who got their stamps without any problem after going through similar circumstances.

Same here, RD OCt 2002. Approved a few months back. Done stamping and travelled overseas immediately after stamp done. No problem at all.

I had 2 RFEs for my I-485 as well. I ended up taking a letter from my employer as well as my most recent paystub. Nothing was asked for, other than the approval letter, photographs, passport, and on other ID (driver’s license). You can take if you want to.

Rgds,
Sadiq

No. I got my stamping done yesterday. All they ask for are the Infopass appointment print out, Approval Notice, passport and photos. Immigration officer takes just about 5 minutes.
