stamping scare?!

In the forums, I read a few days ago a guys case, where local INS officer during stamping asked him questions about employment and other things. I am under the impression that when a case is approved, it is approved. why would they ask questions again at stamping?

I ask 'coz this is in my head since yeaterday and my stamping appt is on monday in phili. So I needto go with all documentation and all also?

pls post your experiences..

thanks

For me, they didn't ask anything like that. I just submitted required paperwork and other documents and got my passport stamped.

No question asked

No questioned asked for us -- just approval notice and older EAD etc

Questions might've been asked during the interview, not during the stamping. They have no business asking the questions, after the application is approved.

They don't ask questions during stamping. I had gone out of country using this stamp. On point of entry they asked me if I am working for the same employer and employer name.

I don't understand why the hell after stamping, they should ask questions about my employer ?????

Perhaps because passport stamps are not as secure as the green card itself and the officer was just trying to determine if you are really the person you say you are.
