worked for employer for 20 months before GC through CP. 6-months rule still applies?
Hello!
I will probably receive my GC at some point next year through CP. At that point, I will have worked for the sponsoring employer for about 20 months on H1-B. Should that help in case I change employers fairly soon after receiving GP, or does the 6 months rule of thumb still apply? Thank you for all responses!
