marrying a out of status person
im working on h1 and my work permit is due by anytime. If i marry a person who lost the status to stay in US , can i add her on my work permit? will she able to get a status to work in US?or only a citizen can get her status back?

she came on a visit visa and applied for f-1 but got rejected. but she still continuing her bachelors
