Case Approved

wanted to tell you all that my case has been approved and my passpot have been stamp. i still feel like i am dreaming the only proof that i am not is the fact that my passport is stamp and that i Alien Registration card should arrived in the mail within 8 - 10 weeks.

as my case was complicated for the fact that an error was made i was denied on feb 8 due to the fact that the system never register that the information they requested was sent; when in fact i did send it. they find out that i had and they inmidiately re-open the case i was schedule for FP on aug 20 and schedule for Interview on sept 13. The day of my interview i was told that an answer regarding my case would arrived on the mail i got dissapointed and nervous i got depress. little that i know on oct 4 my case was approved and i received the letter on thursday Oct the 6. my passport was stamp on Oct 7th and was told that my card would be on the mail on the next 8 - 10 weeks.

just wanted to share my experience .

i dont feel different, but i can tell that just tears ...from my eyes..... other than that i just think that i am dreaming. as the IO told you are not. it is real i even ask if there is a mistake and they told why do i think that way, i reply i just dont feel different i have been living my life as an American i dont feel different. her reply was ..... you are an american you have honored this country and you have lived your life as any of us that is the reason why you dont see the different, you have always voice your mind and way of thinking that is the way most American are. Congratulations.! she even said your kids reflect that. go on keep on living. there is no need to cry be happy!

you are A true American dont forget she said you are eligible to become a USC in a couple of years.
