Simply waiting for H1-B visa extn

Hi Guys,

I need any info if any body know that what do i do if my H1-b extn is not getting approved on time though the processing date has been passed for more than 2 weeks.

Followings are detail of my case.

Vermont service center
Notice Date : 05/17/2004
Applied on Pending H1-B which has also got approved.( Don't have the appoval notice because i left that employer)
Unfortunately my DMV licence is also getting expired at same time.

Does this happen quite often.??

No need to panic about your H1B extension.

It takes more time than the processing date.

When you did the extension application, do you need to pay that $1000 again as the fee to train American workers?

I have filed for extension on MArch 31st.
They haven't approved it yet! Their websites says they are processing cases of Aug!!!!!

Guyus, any suggestion.....??
