H1 transfer
Currently I am working on a H1 and will be applying for a H1 transfer with a new employer. Can I travel out side USA and comeback using my current H1 while the new H1 transfer is still pending? What is the risk if my new H1 transfer is approved while I am outside the USA? I'll start working with new employer only after my H1 is approved.
Also recently I have applied for I-485 as a dependent. Please clarify. thanks,
