H1b stamping
Hi,
I am currently staying in US on L2 visa, which is vaild till october 2004. And have applied for H1 visa. After I get my H1 approval, should I go to my home country for stamping? If so, What is the timeframe within which I should get my H1 stamped? Or can I continue my stay and work in US and get it stamped when I go to my home country? (in jan or feb 2005) Thanks in Advance,

I am not sure about L1/L2 visas, but my personal opinion is, IF you receive the H1B approval along with the new I-94 card, then you do not have to go out of US to start working on your H1B.
