pls help!

My friend got laid off last March 2004. After that he started to search a job.

During that searching period his 485 got approved. He made contact with his Ex Employer's Lawyer . According to his advice he took pp stamping(EB1-OR).

He is still looking for job. But unfortunately due to a family accident (back home) he has to go home for a month or so and will come back soon.

My question is:

1. do you think he might have difficulty at POE?

2. Any problem during Citizen ship?

Thanks.

About the tax returns, will my copies of Form 140's be enough, or will I need to obtain something more official from, say, IRS?
