same question I have . I am currently employed with a company A (a 12 year old company) working on H1B. now another company B (startup company less than 1 year) is willing to transfer my H1. will this affect my transfer procedure or H4 transfer of my dependents ? how about when they start my GC process ? can I get GC filed through this new start up company.? (i am into my 3rd year of H1)
