Returning to US in between jobs
Hi ,
I am green holder. My green card got approved 1.5 years ago. I am planning to travel to India for two weeks for personal reasons and return back. In this time I will be out of Job as I would have resigned from my former job and have got the offer Letter the for the new job. Can anyone pls tell me if it will cause me a problem to re-enter US while i am unemployed but have a valid offer letter from my next employer. Thanks Smita.
