Business and Green Card Question ?
Hi ****,
This question is specifically for your advice on this situation. 1) I have a masters degree in Management 2) I have a degree in Engineering 3) I have created a new software and I am starting a company with Angel Investors and VC's and one more american partner. 4) I have 3 Patents I have filed for new technological innovations I have pending with the US Patents office. 5) We will be hiring 10-15 US citizens as we start the company 6) I plan to start working on an H1 from my own company. Question is: Can I apply for Green Card on EB1 or NIW quota from my own company ? (I know we cannot get an LC from own company) ? I will be holding the position of Chief Architect and Chairman of the Board for the new company. Thanks ZB
