h4 status, when h1 transfer,? urgent plz.

hi all,
I got h1 papers from company A, and my wife who is in INdia got h4 stamping when i was with the old company A, now i go the job with another comany B, and the new company B as applied for my h1 transfer, and started working for the company B, now is the h4 visa which is stamped from the company A is valid ? can my wife come to united states with the same old h4 visa, even i did not get the new h1 approval also..,

any one please give reply regarding h4 status , when h1 is on transfer, can dependent on h4 come to united states
