I have gone through ALMOST all of the Threads under "Starting and Doing Business in USA". None had helped me. Probably I missed something.

My question is:

My I-140 is approved and my I-485 is pending. My wife wants to start a business, of course a software developing company using her EAD. My question is, after she has started the company can she employ me if I quit my GC-sponsoring company (of course, after the 180 days of wait period from the date of filing I-485).

Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.
