Starting a business using EAD
Hi,
My wife has got a EAD and our I-140 and I-485 are still in process. Can we start a business with her EAD ? If so, can she also work in different company through 1099 or W2. Thanks in Advance. Mohan.

I am the primary applicant and working as a full time employee in a company. My wife has got an EAD. She plans to start a business and also wants to work in some other company . Can she do both jobs at the same time ? Please note that I-140 was not approved yet. Please advise. Thanks in advance. Arvind
