F2-h4

Hi
I came to US in an F2 visa. Then i applied for H1 and got it approved.but the company could not find a project and i have changed from H1 to F2 visa again.Now my husband got a job and the company is applying for his H1 and also for my H4.do i need to mention about my prev H1 or just submit my F2 approval.I don't have any H1 stamping in my passport and also no payslips because i did't work anywhere.Please kindly reply soon.

How did you get back on F2? Did you apply for a H1 to F2? If so, you need to mention H1. It is always good to mention the H1 period, if any - especially for the 2 visas F2 and H4.
