H1 B extension -- from date mistake ??

Hi,

My first H1B visa expired on April 09, 2004. I got the H1 B approval for the extension.

But on the 797 sheet, visa is valid from April, 19 th to Feb23, 2006.

I thought it should vaild from April 09th but it is mentioned as APril 19th.

Does it cause any problem? Am I out of status for 10days. I hold EAD from Dec, 2003 but not using it.

Aprreciate your advices.

Check the I129 application. If the lawyer did not make the mistake,it will be prudent to correct the mistake now rather at a later stager.
If the lawyer made a mistake, document it.
