Need advice on New Company status ...
Hi Guys,
I am presently waiting for my I485 to get adjudicated. I am in the process of registering a LLC. As an EAD holder, LLC seems to be of best choice. If I get my I485 approved in short term, can I convert this LLC to S-Corp ? or I need to dissolve this LLc and start a new S-Copr ? Please suggest.
