When will VSC issue H1B receipt notice?
Dear All:
My lawyer filed for H1B extension at the beginning of June but it has been almost 3 weeks, we still haven't received the receipt notice from VSC. I am a bit worried. Can anyone advise usually how long it takes to get the receipt date from VSC after the petition is mailed? Thanks.

They are usually a little slow in issuing the Receipt Notices.No worries.
You must be getting it anytime now.Hang on. Meantime, confirm if the check for the USCIS fee has been cashed and when.
