HIB for North Korean????
Yesterday, I received the copy of H1B renewal approval notice from my lawyer. According to the bottom part of the notice, the Country of Citizenship is "North Korea". In fact, I am a dual citizen of SOUTH Korea and Canada. According to the lawyer, this mistake was made be USCIS and this won't be a matter at all.
I don't respect the advice of the lawyer on this issue. No matter who initiated this mistake, (either USCIS or lawyer), this should be fixed. Before I do any action, I would like to hear you guys advice on how I have to resolve this problem. Please email me, seongkyuy@icdus.com if you have any comment on this issue. Thanks,
