My H1 extension got approved!!

rblms:

Finally my case got approved!!! what a relief!!

According to the BCIS online status, my case is approved and they sent out an approval notice on June 16th.

I decided to change my case to premium processing, and BCIS received the premium processing check ($1K) on June 15th. I dont think so my case even got upgraded to premium, maybe it got approved the normal way. I am not sure about this, probably my attorney will have a better idea on this.

i guess they are testing everybody's patience. But i guess all is well that ends well. so dont worry, it should be on its way.

bests!

The VSC processing dates for H1B extension shows December 24(as of June 4)

How come your(maverick) petition has just been approved? Should it not have been sometime ago?(especially 31 Oct is still pending??)

It should have been approved a real while back. But its VSC, its pretty volatile out there.

VSC processing dates are a big joke now. I dont think they follow the first come first serve policy anymore. They process it @ random. There are ppl on this board and friends I know with a RD in Jan/Feb 2004 and their approvals came earlier than mine. There is no logic to this..i know this is weird.

If you are lucky enough it can come in about 3-4 mths or if your luck is not so good then u gotta wait for 6-7+ mths the way I did.

anyways later....and good luck to everybody who is waitin..it should be in the pipeline..

bests!
