change job after Green card?
Green card was approved in April 2004
1. After Green Card Approved Is there any wait time to change a job ? 2. Or can some change the job immediately after the Green card is approved ? I remember some one said, one should wait for atleast Six months after GC approval, is it true ? If current employer need me badly and If I resign Can it affect my GC ? Since my current employer sponsered it. Any help is appreciated... |

It took 27 month to approve my I-485 (Total almost 4 years, labor and I140)
Do I still bound to stay with my current Employer ? Or this Six month rules still apply to me ? I have a job offer in my hand that I can't say no. My 485 was approved in April |

I have a question about salary after green card. Since we need to stay in the same company for another 6 months even after green card, what if the company does not pay prevailing wage as required in labor certificate application? Does the company violate law if the company does that? Can we use that as an excuse to leave the company? Is there any possibility that USCIS will revoke my green card because of the fraud of the company?

That is when the employer justifies the LC petition for an employee. The 485 is the employee's petition which doesn't involve the employer. Anybody knows of cases where a job change right after I-485 approval created a problem or not?
