Need Help reg..change of employment..

I am with company A since 1998. My Greencard was approved in April,2004. I am working as a consultant for company B. Company B is offering an incredible package almost over 30% more and with better job title (Manager). I want to join company B. If company had not offered that job, I would continue with company A...atleast that was my intent before GC was stamped..even now it is so...but the offer from B is so irresistible..once in a lifetime kind of..atleast for me..
BTW, company A did not give me a raise or anything since 2001..infact they did not give the comission that they said they would give (i have an email from the company sales person..i received the email in 2003..it has almost been a year..)..and ceo of the company is refusing to pay..

Are these reasons enough for me join B?.. BTW, it will be approximately 3 months before I join company B..If I let it go I may not get the offer again from B..

Also, if A complains to the INS..will my GC be revoked immediately or after 5 years during citizenship/renewal process...

My case is slightly different.
Company A is my GC sponser. I got an offer from Company B before there's any decision about my GC. I planded to accept B's offer by using AC21, and started to submit some paperwork to their lawyer (The copy of my visas and EAD cards etc.). But I could not join B immediately because they're doing background checks on me and it takes a long time (still on-going)
Now, my GC was approved. What should I do now? B havn't finished the background check at this point. Once they're done, what should I do? Can I join B in this case without causing troubles in the future. Or, I should tell B that I could not join now because I just get my GC. It's very confused.
