H1B1 Extn and H4 not applied
My H1B1 Extn based upon my greencard labor has been approved and I have not applied for H4 for my dependent....My greencard process has been halted and I don't have any EAD/AP status.....
If my dependent don't have H4 status and lives with me..Will this will be a problem for me??, If the dependent resides in the US with outofstatus for one months or 2 months...what will happen to the H4 person.....and I don't want to apply for H4??....what will be the outcome??.....please advice??

If she is out of status for 180 days she will be barred for 3 years and if it is more than 180 days 10 bar.
Apply for extension based on your H1 B approval notice immeidately before her I-94 expire ..or send her to india and get her stamped there . to file H4 extension you need to file I-539 Quote:
