Passport stamping experience in San Jose, CA

Not really description of the experience, just some conclusions and thoughts:

1. Approval notices are appointment letters. Don't doubt, in spite of the fact there isn't the word "appointment" in the text they really are ones.
2. Due to #1 it's not necessary to come too early but 6:30 (a half an hour before opening) is the best time. You will be allowed to enter as soon as earlier appointees are in. They won't make you to wait more than it even if it's not 7:30am.
3. You must bring children (of course, I mean those who can't come themselves) of any age with you. We specifically asked about this and the answer was: "Yes, you must bring children because we must see them".
