Can I start business with my wife EAD ?
Can I start business with EAD ?
1. My wife is on EAD ( previous status is H4 ), Can she start business like Incorporation ? 2. Is that going to affect on her GC approval or my GC approval ??( because she is beneficiary of my GC sponsor ship ). ( My I-140 is not approved yet ) I appreciate your guidelines... and thanks in advance...
