Marriage after GC to a H1 Holder.. What next???
Hello,
If a GC Holder marries a H1 visa holder then - 1. What's the process to sponser the spouse's GC? 2. What happens if the spouse's H1 Visa expires. Can the spouse stay back in the US. Thanks for your responses. Appreciate it greatly. - W Last edited by wonderhow; 26th May 2004 at 10:27 PM.
