Transfer to Las Vegas Office
Hi,
I am a US citizen and applied for my Wife's Adjustment of Status that got denied because we couldn't make it to the interview (out of the country at that time). When we came back, we re-applied for her using I130. She has a pending court proceeding until her new application is approved. Its been over a year since we re-applied with CA service center. Over a month ago we got a letter that our case has now been transfer to Las Vegas office (because it was a previously declined case). We have not heard from LV office. My questions are, 1. Will LV office treat it a newly filed application with this office and take as long as other applications without any regards for a year wasted at the CA services center? 2. Does anyone know how long LV office takes to process these types of applications? I checked the BCIS site for LV office dates but they do not show dates for I130. Thank you. |
